During her 24 years with the EPSO, Goodall served in a variety of assignments, including training, court and transport, detentions, and administration.
Goodall graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a BS in Sociology/Criminal Justice. She has lived in the Pikes Peak region since 1980, raising her children and serving the community in both professional and volunteer capacities.
Goodall has been involved in competitive pistol shooting for many years, being the Colorado State Champion 7 times and the Colorado State Steel Lady's Champion in 2009.
Patricia "Patty" Fowler joined the El Paso County Sheriff's Office as a dispatcher in July 1978. She became one of a handful of female deputies in 1980.
During her 28 years with the EPSO, she encountered many dangerous people and situations throughout her career. Fowler also served as the president of the local Fraternal Order of Police organization.
Fowler graduated from the Pikes Peak Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice. She is actively involved in raising money for breast cancer awareness and a cure.
Fowler enjoys the outdoors and all the sports that come with that in our beautiful State. When not travelling, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and her grandson. Becoming a granny agrees with her!
